Tienjin is a web technology agency, providing design, programming, hosting and security services.
Our talented staff have been involved in digital media since the early 1990s. Tienjin was established in 2002 by our Managing Director and Head of Technology, Tim Benjamin. Tim has previously worked at Cable & Wireless and NTL, and had previous start-up success with Caiman Technologies, the interactive TV software company he co-founded in 1999.
